Team Programs:
Developmental Team
Developmental Team holds practice 1-2 days a week and is for climbers who are interested in training for higher level teams. Practices focus on building foundational strength and technical skills to prepare for USA Climbing Competitions. Developmental Team athletes are not required to compete.

- Monday: 5:30-7:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00-8:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30-7:30 PM
Competitive Team
Competitive Team holds practice 2-3 days a week and is for climbers who are dedicated to competitive climbing and are committed to improving their strength, technique, mindset, and competition skills. Competitive Team athletes are required to compete in at least 2 USAC competitions per season.
- Fall 2024 Schedule:
- Monday: 5:30-7:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00-8:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30-7:30 PM
Elite Team Island Rock
Elite Team holds practice 2-3 days a week and is for our most competitive climbers including those competing at Regional, Divisional, and National levels. Competitive Team athletes are required to compete in at least 2 USAC competitions per season.

- Monday: 7:30-9:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00-8:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30-9:30 PM
1 Day/week: $599
2 Days/week: $799
3 Days/week: $1049
All team level participants receive a ‘Team Membership’ - 7 day/week facility access - now included!
