Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes bring you through a series of poses while learning to control your breath, bring balance and alignment to the body, and decrease stress. Taught to an ambient, downbeat tempo music background, you can expect to be invigorated during class, though plan on holding some poses a bit longer to build power. Classes may include arm balances, breath work, core workouts, dharma talks, or any other focus the class may wish to suggest. All levels welcome, no experience necessary!
Please note that when more advanced postures are taught, alternative easier options are generally also taught at the same time.

Sasha's journey in yoga began over a decade ago when she discovered the transformative power of this ancient practice. With certifications in both 200 and 300-hour training programs, Sasha has honed her expertise in various yoga traditions, allowing her to incorporate diverse techniques into her teaching. She possesses a deep understanding of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, which form the foundation of her classes.
Sasha has had the privilege of working with students of all ages, from young children to seniors, and has developed a unique ability to connect with individuals on a personal level. Meet Josh! A dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor whose journey began recently but quickly evolved into a deep commitment to growth, learning, and teaching. After earning his 200-Hour Certification, he immediately dove into teaching, driven by a desire to share what he loves. To expand his offerings, he pursued a 95-Hour Certification in Kids Yoga and is currently immersed in a 300-Hour Certification course to deepen his practice further.
Josh is passionate about storytelling and mindfulness, weaving these elements into his classes as a powerful way to connect with students. He views the yoga mat as a training ground for self-discovery, where breathwork, meditation, and movement offer insight and growth in ways we may never have imagined. His classes invite students to become the protagonists of their own journey, guiding them with intention-focused, apex-driven, and embodiment-centered practices that support them at every stage of their path.
Beyond yoga, Josh is an enthusiastic member of both the yoga and climbing communities, and he’s driven to bring yoga to as many people as possible. Through his teaching, he hopes to foster a stronger sense of self and community in everyone he meets.
